Sarah Hoitsma

Sarah Hoitsma is currently the HR & Recruiting Director at XR Trading where Sarah has held various HR and recruiting positions since January 2011. Prior to their current role, Sarah worked as a Human Resources Payroll Associate and Assistant at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago/Jewish United Fund. Sarah also has experience as a Human Resources Training and Development Assistant at Swedish American Health System. Sarah holds a Master of Human Resources degree from DePaul University, a PHR Certificate, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Human Resources from Western Illinois University.
