Al Sambar

Al Sambar is a seasoned investment professional and business strategist with extensive experience in the retail and consumer sectors. Currently serving as General Partner at XRC Ventures since October 2020, Al Sambar also holds positions as a Board Member at Fillogic and as a Strategic Advisor & Investor at Recurate. Al Sambar co-founded DECK of DICE Gaming, Inc. and has been a Managing Member at RiseFund LLC since November 2015. With a deep background in consulting, Al Sambar spent over 26 years at Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy, culminating in various leadership roles, including Managing Director for Retail Digital & Innovation Strategy. Al Sambar's career began in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator, following a Bachelor of Science degree from the US Naval Academy.
