Hason Greene

Hason Greene, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience. Hason is the Founder and Principal of HumInt Labs Inc, a position they have held since 2016. Hason is also a Human Capital Consultant at Saluda Grade, where they began in 2023. Previously, they served as the Head of Human Resources (Fractional) at XRC Ventures starting in 2022 and as a Human Capital Consultant at Twelve Sutherland from 2020. Hason also has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, where they held mid to senior leadership roles at Hotels, Restaurants, and Resorts from 2003 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for proposing, designing, and executing workforce plans and organizational restructures, as well as successfully turning around underperforming locations.

Hason Greene, SHRM-SCP, obtained a degree in Sociology from Louisiana State University in 2006. Prior to that, they studied Sociology at the University of New Orleans from 2002 to 2005. Hason completed their high school education at Homer Senior High in 2002, earning a diploma in General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Hason has pursued various additional certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge in areas such as leadership, data analysis, and workplace ethics and compliance. Notable certifications include SHRM-SCP obtained in 2017 from SHRM, and the completion of courses from prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, Columbia University School of Professional Studies, the University of Pennsylvania, and The Johns Hopkins University. Hason Greene has shown a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development throughout their career.
