The board of directors at Xref have a history of working in regional management at Hays, as well as being non-executive directors and chairmen at various companies. They have also been on the remuneration committee for several companies. Their educational backgrounds are in law and electronics engineering from the University of Manchester and the University of Melbourne respectively.
