Juanita Gonzalez

Juanita Gonzalez has a wealth of work experience spanning from 2008 to 2019. Juanita began their career in 2008 as a Procurement Assistant and Intern at Merck, where they developed saving projects with the marketing and medical department, as well as negotiated with suppliers and monitored procurement savings. In 2010, they became a Project Analyst at Bibloamigos, where they finalized the implementation of the Alpandes project with a budget of $270K. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Procurement Analyst at Brink's, where they designed and implemented strategic sourcing for categories such as vehicle maintenance and electronic security. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Millicom (Tigo) as a Marketing Procurement Specialist and an Indirect Procurement Specialist, where they designed strategic sourcing, developed suppliers, and negotiated with strategic suppliers to achieve savings and efficiencies. Finally, from 2018 to 2019, they worked at VRHealth as an Operations Manager and an Operations Process Manager, where they supported the business operation and the go-to-market strategy for VRHealth products, defined the customer service strategy, and integrated process with sales and marketing.

Juanita Gonzalez has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, which they obtained from 2004 to 2010. Juanita then went on to complete a Specialist of Strategic Supply Chain Management from the same university from 2012 to 2013. In 2016, Juanita earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Hult International Business School. In 2017, they completed a Master of International Marketing MIM from Hult International Business School.
