About the Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Functional Architect position :

As a Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform functional architect, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our customers' business requirements and fit into their application ecosystem. In concrete terms, this means being able to make the link between the customer's business needs and the solutions to be implemented on a functional level. The functional architect is responsible for the functional component of the solution, as well as for business processes.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Develop the functional design of solutions proposed to customers;

• Estimate small to medium-sized solutions;

• Carry out and document the customer's needs analysis and business process;

• Help customers define their needs;

• Design and implement solutions that meet the customer's business requirements;

• Configure applications based on the following technologies: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and Power BI;

• Implement integration strategies;

• Support the customer during the acceptance and deployment phase;

• Develop unit and automated test strategies;

• Monitor the progress of each solution;

• Define the customer's training strategy;

• If necessary, lead in-house workshops and training sessions at customer sites;

• Participate in improving analysis processes and methodologies;

• Collaborate with the project manager and the development and infrastructure team;

• Participate in the pre-sales process;

• Act as a technological ambassador for the customer;

• Maintain a coaching position for the team of functional analysts;

• Keep up-to-date on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technology and new features.

About your qualifications:

• At least 5 to 7 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform ;

• Relevant experience as a functional analyst or business analyst;

• Consulting experience;

• Bilingualism (English/French, spoken and written)
