Melanie Damour

Melanie Damour is currently the Strategic Initiatives Director at XRPL Commons. Before this role, Melanie worked as a Senior Project Leader at Global Strategy Group by KPMG. Melanie also took a sabbatical from KPMG to serve as the VP Product & Strategy at Minteed. Prior to these experiences, Melanie was a Senior Consultant in Strategy Consulting at Monitor Deloitte and a Strategy Consultant at Cartier. Melanie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
