Nikitas Glykas

Nikitas Glykas has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Nikitas is currently a Non Executive Board Member at the Harvard Business School Club of Greece, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Head of EMEA at XRSPACE since October 2018. Nikitas also worked at Thrace Group as a Non Exec Member of the Board of Directors starting from April 2016. Nikitas Glykas held multiple positions at HTC, including President from March 2016 to June 2018. Nikitas also worked as a Vice President and Executive Director in Southeast Europe (SEE) during their time at HTC. Before joining HTC, Nikitas Glykas was the CEO of SHELMAN from July 2006 to February 2009. Nikitas also held various managerial positions at M.J.MAILLIS GROUP and Mobil Oil, specializing in regional management, marketing coordination, and fuel analysis.

Nikitas Glykas has pursued education in various fields throughout their life. Nikitas began their educational journey at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physics in 1989. Following this, they joined Lancaster University in 1989 and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Sciences in 1990.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills in business, Nikitas Glykas enrolled at Harvard Business School in 2006. Here, they pursued the Advanced Management Program (AMP 171), which offered a comprehensive curriculum covering various aspects of business.

Most recently, in 2021, Nikitas Glykas returned to Harvard Business School for a program called "Preparing to Be a Corporate Director."
