XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Senior HR Officer to join our team of experts!

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job vacancies, headhunting top talent, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews etc.
  • Payroll: Manage payroll efficiently and accurately in coordination with the Accounting department.
  • Onboarding and Induction: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Lead a comprehensive and engaging induction day for new employees, ensuring they are well-informed about company culture, policies, and processes, and that they feel welcomed and supported from day one.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Performance Management and Wellbeing Surveys: Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s online employer branding strategies.
  • HR Events: Plan, and execute company HR events, generating creative ideas and collaborating closely with the Head of HR and Head of Events.
  • HR Record Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and other HR data in an organized manner.
  • BambooHR Utilization: Effectively use BambooHR software to streamline various HR functions, including recruitment, employee record management, and reporting.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare reports on HR metrics when requested.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.
  • Policies: Update and communicate HR policies and procedures when required.
  • Ad-Hoc HR Tasks: Proactively handle any ad-hoc HR duties or challenges as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Talent Acquisition experience is a must.
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills are a must.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude is a must.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience working in the FX industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with BambooHR or any other HRIS is a plus.
  • A strong analytical approach is essential to be able to interpret and utilize data.
  • Proficiency in Excel functionalities such as data validation techniques.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to company procedures, and evolving HR processes.
