Kalina Tatarova

Kalina Tatarova has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kalina started their career in 2010 at AVG, where they worked in customer and technical support. In 2011, they joined XS Software as a Community Manager for the Italian market, handling translations, localizations, and customer communication. Kalina later became a Market Manager and eventually a Senior Community Manager at XS Software. In 2014, Kalina joined Wild Berries as a Berry and Content Creator, promoting girls' participation in extreme sports. In 2017, they moved to XS Software again, this time as the Community Management Director. Kalina'sresponsibilities included managing a team, setting goals, delegating tasks, and gathering customer feedback. Since 2018, they have been working as a Project Manager at Dopamine Gaming.

Kalina Tatarova completed their Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from New Bulgarian University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from Veliko Tarnovo University from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Agile Project Management - Scrum Master (PSM®) Certification, Agile Project Management: Scrum, Product Management: Agile Requirements using Product Backlog, Scrum Master Training: Case Studies and Confessions, and User Stories for Agile Scrum+Product Owner+Business Analysis, all from Udemy in 2018. In 2017, they earned certifications in Effective Communication and Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence from Training Academy. In 2016 they completed Soft Skills - Business Course for Leaders from Software University (softuni.bg). In 2013, they received a certification in Functions and Roles of the Successful Manager from XS Academy and in 2011, they completed Communication Techniques for improving information flow in IT organizations, also from XS Academy.
