Andres Gil-Molina

Andres Gil-Molina is a seasoned professional in the field of photonics, currently serving as a Senior Photonics Engineer at Xscape Photonics Inc since April 2023. Previously, Andres held the positions of Postdoctoral Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Research Scholar at Columbia University in the City of New York from April 2019 to April 2023. Earlier in their career, Andres was a Graduate Research Student at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from March 2014 to January 2019 and a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Universidad de Antioquía from March 2011 to December 2012. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2014-2019), an MS in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Antioquia (2011-2014), and a BS in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (2004-2010).
