Bree Bowman

Bree Bowman has a wealth of experience in various roles at AT&T and is currently serving as the SVP for Emerging Markets at XSELL Technologies. Bree has a strong background in online self-service, automation, technical care, customer experience, and various other areas within the telecommunications industry. Bree's achievements include developing a Virtual Assistant with high interactions, implementing crowd-sourced tech support with high customer satisfaction, leveraging AI/ML for increased sales, reducing back-office volumes, improving P&L, and overseeing various successful projects. Bree holds degrees from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and Scripps College in Psychology & Computer Science.
