Mike Hubbarth

Mike Hubbarth is the AVP of Financial Services at XSELL Technologies. Prior to their current position, Mike was a Senior Measurement Analyst at R1 RCM. In this role, they were responsible for reconciling and auditing data-driven analysis for health care reimbursement methodology, initiating and implementing process improvement in collaboration with internal front end operations management staff, producing monthly financial reports and trend analyses for the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, training offshore staff in weekly variance analysis methods, providing ongoing support and ad-hoc training on any new reporting initiatives, and producing quarterly invoices, working with clients in understanding the benefit impact of performance-enhancement processes.

Mike has been in the financial services industry for over 10 years. Mike started their career at R1 RCM in September 2011 as a Financial Planning & Analytics Senior Lead. In this role, they were responsible for producing monthly financial reports and trend analyses for the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, training offshore staff in weekly variance analysis methods, providing ongoing support and ad-hoc training on any new reporting initiatives, and producing quarterly invoices, working with clients in understanding the benefit impact of performance-enhancement processes.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where they earned their Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Mike Hubbarth has a degree in finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a degree in general studies from Bond University. Mike also attended Hinsdale Central High School.
