Gal Ben Porat

Gal Ben Porat has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Gal started their career in 2001 as a Software Engineer at IDF and worked there until 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at e-Glue as a Software Engineer. In 2010, they joined EZchip as a HW Design Engineer and remained there until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Gal worked at Altair Semiconductor as an LTE PHY HW Design Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at Xsight Labs LTD since 2018, initially as a VLSI Team Leader and currently as a VLSI Project Lead.

Gal Ben Porat completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, Gal also earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
