Mickey Geftler

Mickey Geftler is a Principal DFT Engineer at Xsight Labs LTD, specializing in the complete ATPG lifecycle for advanced SOC designs, focusing on complex multi-mode architectures and SmartNIC SOCs. Prior experience includes significant roles at Intel Corporation, where contributions spanned Automotive ADAS SOC projects, automotive-grade MBIST architecture, FPGA prototyping, and DFT engineering. Additional experience includes designing DFT architecture at CSR, ASIC design at SanDisk, layout design at Marvell Semiconductor, and early technical work at IDF. Mickey holds multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management from institutions such as the University of Tel-Aviv and Braude Academic College.
