Kaitlyn Word currently serves as a Client Relationship Executive and previously held the position of Client Success Manager for Regional Accounts at XSOLIS since August 2020, managing multi-facility clients and developing strategic relationships with leaders across organizations. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Account Management at Shearwater Health, overseeing clients in various industries and handling contract negotiations, as well as positions at Zeta Global and the Nashville Predators focusing on account management and client services. Kaitlyn's career began at Auburn University, where a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing was obtained, complemented by experience in student leadership and internships, laying a strong foundation for exceptional client management and business growth strategies.
