Lonnie D. Gentry

Lonnie D. Gentry has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2004, Lonnie served as a Captain in the US Army before receiving an honorable discharge in 2012. Lonnie then transitioned into the corporate world, working as an Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Manager for German American Bank from 2013 to 2016. In this role, Lonnie led change management initiatives and implemented various HR systems. Following this, Lonnie joined LifePoint Health as an Executive Director of Human Resources for St. Francis Hospital from 2017 to 2019, where notable achievements included a complete turnaround of the hospital through reengineering HR policies and systems. Lonnie also worked as an Interim Director of Learning and Development for LifePoint Health from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Lonnie served as a Division Human Resources Leader for LifePoint Health and Kindred Health Community and Acute Care hospitals, establishing veteran recruiting initiatives and strengthening DEI efforts. Lonnie then moved on to ScionHealth, serving as an Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included workplace investigations and HR compliance management. Currently, Lonnie holds the position of Vice President of People Operations at XSOLIS, leading HR strategy, diversity initiatives, and innovation.

Lonnie D. Gentry holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University. They also have a Graduate Certificate in Adult Education from the same institution. Lonnie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Assets Protection from Eastern Kentucky University.

Furthermore, Lonnie has completed multiple training courses at the US Army Recruiting and Retention College.

In terms of certifications, Lonnie is a Crucial Conversations Trainer from VitalSmarts, a Predictive Index (PI) Analyst from the Oliver Group, and has obtained the Hogan Assessments certifications for HPI, HDS, and MVPI from Hogan Assessment Systems.
