Antonina Binetskaya

Antonina Binetskaya has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Antonina is currently the Director of Products at Xsolla as of August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Product at Wargaming from September 2021 to October 2022. Antonina also served as the Executive Director at InData Labs from October 2019 to May 2021. Additionally, Antonina co-founded and coordinated a volunteer campaign called #ByCovid19 from March 2020 to August 2020, which aimed to support healthcare workers in Belarus during the Covid-19 pandemic. Antonina has held leadership positions such as Chief Product Officer at Stack (by Appodeal) from January 2019 to October 2019 and General Manager (R&D in Game Design) at Wargaming from October 2016 to January 2019. Antonina also has experience as a Program Manager and Product Specialist at Wargaming and TargetProcess, Inc. respectively. Furthermore, they have held roles such as CTO at VINchain.io, Business Development/Program Manager at R-Style Lab, and Head of Development Department at Soft-FX. Antonina has demonstrated skills in product management, executive leadership, project management, and business development throughout their career.

Antonina Binetskaya attended the Belarusian-Russian University from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst. In 2004, they completed their degree. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Agile Team Facilitation and Agile Fundamentals from Shannon Ewan and Ciklum ApS, respectively, in April 2014 and December 2013.
