Kseniya Dyachkova

Kseniya Dyachkova has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kseniya is currently serving as the Director of Payments Business Development at Xsolla since February 2022. Prior to this, from April 2021 to February 2022, they worked as the International Sales Director at Dialog Platform, where they were responsible for developing and implementing a Go-To-Market strategy for a Digital Workplace platform.

Before Dialog Platform, Kseniya held the role of Head of International Sales at NEOMATICA from December 2017 to April 2021. During their tenure, they played a key role in expanding the sales of telematic hardware for IoT projects internationally.

From September 2011 to November 2017, Kseniya was the CEO of Dealing Intercom, where they managed the import and sale of industrial equipment from Europe in Russia.

Earlier in their career, Kseniya served as the CEO of CASABLANCA, a language school in Perm, from June 2007 to July 2011. In this role, they established a new linguistic center and promoted various linguistic products and services.

Kseniya Dyachkova obtained their High School Diploma in Linguistics from Perm State University (PSU) from the period of 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Leadership in an Exponentially" from the MIT Sloan School of Management in January 2023.
