Ricky Tran

Ricky Tran is an experienced professional in partnerships and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Creator Partnerships at Xsolla since October 2023. Ricky has also held significant positions at Lightstream, including Director of Partnerships and Director of Creator Partnerships, since March 2020. Prior roles include Head of Partnerships at Logitech from April 2018 to March 2020, Customer Experience Team Lead at Beanworks Solutions Inc. from April 2017 to April 2018, and Customer Success Manager at 7Geese from March 2016 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, Ricky worked as a Lead Retention Specialist at Clio from March 2014 to February 2016 and held various roles, including Customer Service Consultant and Retention Specialist, at Rogers Communications from October 2006 to March 2014. Ricky attended Templeton Secondary School from 1999 to 2004 and also studied at Vancouver Technical Secondary School.
