Valentina Chemodanova

Valentina Chemodanova has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Valentina started their career as an Assistant Counsel at Investment Company "Ermak" JSC in June 2011. Their responsibilities included developing internal documents, preparing legal documents, and representing the company's interests in various courts and departments. After five months, Valentina moved on to become a Corporate Legal Counsel at Ecurservice LLC in November 2011. Here, they represented clients' interests in legal proceedings, prepared contracts, and handled various legal tasks. Valentina worked at Ecurservice for four years before joining ITPS - IT Professional Solutions in July 2015 as a Lead Counsel. In this role, Valentina was responsible for legal examination of corporate documents, contract preparation, and supporting transactions. Valentina worked at ITPS for almost three years before eventually joining Xsolla in February 2018 as the company's General Counsel, where they are currently employed.

Valentina Chemodanova's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Perm State University (PSU) and completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Law with a focus on International Protection of Human Rights from PSU, which they obtained in 2016.

In 2016, Valentina transitioned to Perm State Technical University (PSTU) to further their education. Although their degree name is not specified, they studied to become a translator in the field of professional communication and completed their studies in 2019.

Alongside their formal education, Valentina also obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they earned the "Certified Expert Practitioner" certification from IRQ - International Register of Quality, LLC. During the same period, they also obtained the "Data Protection Officer" certification from the same institution. In July 2021, Valentina achieved a "EdX Validated Course Completion Certificate 'Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles'" from edX. Most recently, in January 2022, they obtained a certification in Cryptocurrency from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
