Gregory Fisichelli

Gregory Fisichelli has extensive work experience in finance, consulting, and accounting. Gregory started their career in 1996 as a Senior Tax Consultant at KPMG US. Gregory later moved to EY, where they worked as a Senior Manager in Financial Services Tax. In 2002, they joined MUFG as a VP of Tax Research & Planning, and eventually held positions as VP & Head of Tax, VP & Corporate Treasurer, and Managing Director & Business Unit CFO - Global Rail.

From 2014 to 2019, Gregory worked at Beacon Rail Leasing, initially as a Senior Director in Finance, Accounting, & Tax, and later as a Senior Director in Global Finance & Planning. Following this, they served as a Tax Consultant at Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC.

In 2020, Gregory took on the role of Chief Financial Officer (Consultant/Full-Time) at ZwitterCo, Inc. Gregory also worked as a part-time Fractional CFO for Xsphera Biosciences Inc, where they oversaw financial and investor reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and capital raising.

Additionally, Gregory has experience in interim roles as an Interim CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, and Tax Director. Gregory has provided financial leadership, planning, controllership, treasury, tax, and risk management solutions to high-growth ventures and companies going through reorganizations/M&A transactions. Gregory Fisichelli holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and German Studies from Tufts University. Gregory also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
