Patrick Edwards

Patrick Edwards has extensive work experience in various roles. Patrick worked as an Operations Manager at XSport Fitness from October 2010 to August 2013, where they were responsible for managing the gym asset, including staffing, cleanliness, maintenance, and retail sales. Patrick also trained and developed staff to achieve retail sales goals and implemented sales strategies. Patrick then moved on to become the National Field Compliance Director at XSport Fitness from August 2013 (ongoing), where they executed fitness center inspections for 40 locations nationwide. This involved ensuring cleanliness, equipment maintenance, operational systems, OSHA regulations, and customer satisfaction. Patrick also created and implemented employee safety and hazard communication programs. Previously, Patrick worked as an Account Specialist at Nicor Home Solutions from May 2009 to October 2010, where they managed customer accounts and handled sales of home warranties attached to utility bills. Patrick also scheduled and dispatched customer appointments.

Patrick Edwards attended Northern Illinois University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government with a Pre-Law emphasis.
