Neha Pawar

Neha Pawar has a wide range of work experience. Neha began their professional career in 2008 as a Technical Support Coordinator at CMS Computers Limited (INDIA). In 2010, they joined Employees Provident Fund Organization, Govt. of India as a Social Security Analyst. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Social Security Analyst at the same organization. In 2019, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Global Data Management Inc and a Machine Learning Intern at BU Spark!. Neha also won the IBM Research Challenge Award at the TechTogether Boston Hackathon for their project “SmartHire”. Currently, they are a Data & Business Analyst at XSUNT Corporation, where they are responsible for maintaining and verifying datasets, processing SQL procedures, creating data extracts and reports on the MS SQL Server platform, and troubleshooting errors.

Neha Pawar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2003 and 2007. Neha then went on to earn their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Boston University between 2018 and 2019.
