Janice Shi

Janice Shi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Janice started their career as a Founding Partner at Lucen Capital in 2018 and stayed with the company until 2019. In 2019, they also worked as an Advisor at Bondly Finance and later as VP/CEO at IDCM from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they became a Lead Advisor at Bodong Wallet until 2021. Janice then co-founded Kiriin Labs AG in 2021, where they held the position of Co-Founder and CMO until the end of the year. Janice also worked as a Crypto Advisor and Investor at XR Sports Group from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Vice President of Business Growth at XT.COM Exchange, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, Janice has also been an Investor at CertiK from 2018 to 2022 and Binance from 2017 to 2022, showcasing their involvement in the cryptocurrency industry. Janice Shi received an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town in 2006. In 2011-2013, they pursued Hospitality Management and obtained a Higher National Diploma from the Educational Institute (AHLA) in the United States. In 2015-2016, Janice completed Executive Education in Digital Marketing at The Wharton School. Most recently, from 2019 to 2022, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Digital Innovation. Additionally, Janice holds certifications as a Certified Hotel Administrator and serves as a Committee Member, both obtained in 2013 from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
