Divya's work experience begins with their role as an Organization Design Consultant at xto10x starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at EY as a Senior Consultant from 2021 to 2023, where they were involved in various projects such as organization design, manpower planning, assessment center management, high potential identification framework design, and HR due diligence for acquisitions.

Before EY, Divya worked at OYO, where they held multiple roles.
