Sneha Rao

Sneha Rao has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and talent management. Sneha is currently a part of the People & Culture team at xto10x since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Indiahikes as a part of the Human Resources & Content Management team from March 2017 to August 2018. Sneha also has experience working at peel-works as part of the Talent & PMO team from July 2013 to October 2015. Sneha has previously held the role of Manager - Corporate HR at Whirlpool Corporation from August 2010 to August 2012. Additionally, Sneha worked as a Consultant at Hewitt Associates from October 2007 to January 2010. Sneha'searlier experience includes the role of Assistant Manager - Human Resources at Wipro Technologies from May 2005 to October 2007.

Sneha Rao's education history is as follows:

From 2003 to 2005, Sneha attended the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and earned an M.A. in PM&IR (Personnel Management and Industrial Relations).

In 2000, they enrolled in Mount Carmel College in Bangalore and completed a B.A. degree in English, Psychology, and Economics. Sneha attended this college until 2003.

Sneha also studied at the Cairo American College from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a High School/IB Diploma.

In 2009, they attended the National Law School of India University and earned a PG Diploma in Child Rights Law.

In terms of additional certifications, Sneha obtained Hogan Assessment Certification from ThreeFish Consulting India in July 2023.
