Łukasz Witczak

Łukasz Witczak has a comprehensive work experience in various research and development roles.

From September 2019 to January 2022, they worked as an R&D Engineer at XTPL. In this role, they were responsible for printing samples using the XTPL method, optimizing and developing the method for printing ultra-thin conductive lines, and testing and adapting new functionalities and solutions in the application laboratory. Łukasz actively participated in research and development projects.

Prior to that, from November 2018 to May 2019, Łukasz worked as an intern at Holst Centre. Here, they focused on fabricating self-aligned thin-film transistors for flexible backplanes using Substrate Conformal Imprint Lithography. Łukasz optimized the fabrication process, including the use of PDMS multi-level stamp, wet etching, and dry plasma etching. Łukasz also evaluated the electrical performance of the fabricated transistors.

In 2016, they had a student internship at Adamed Group, where they worked on the validation and quality control of medicines using High-performance liquid chromatography. In addition, they gained experience in drug stability testing at this pharmaceutical and biotechnology company.

In 2015, Łukasz had a research internship at DWI - Leibniz Institute for Interactive Materials. Their work involved the synthesis and characterization of polymer nanoparticles via Knoevenagel dispersion polymerization. Their contributions to this research were included in a published paper.
