Mike Mayer

Mike Mayer began their career in 2006 as a Sales Representative at Cintas Corporation, where they worked to help companies keep their workers protected, maximize productivity, and ensure OSHA compliance. Mike then moved into a Management Trainee/Operations Management role, where they focused on learning management skills associated with P+L, income statement and activity reporting systems, as well as a high level of internal inventory control and customer service orientation. In 2010, they transitioned to XtraLight Manufacturing as a Regional Manager. Based in Houston Texas, XtraLight manufacturers commercial and industrial lighting and has been involved in lighting retrofits for 30 years, utilizing LEDs to deliver better quality lighting for commercial, institutional, and industrial environments.

Mike Mayer attended Mount Saint Joseph High School before graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Business from Xavier University in 2006.
