Shekhar is an Associate Vice President, Business Development for BPO and retail division. He is responsible for business development, Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Prior to joining XtraNet Technologies Shekhar held a number of roles in various facets of sales, modern trade, risk management, Fraud control, Credit control, Billing and BSS Operations in Telecom Industry. His key responsibilities were Planning, training, coordination and communication, Field management and revenue.
