Sean Fanning

Sean Fanning currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at XTX Markets since December 2021. Previously, Fanning held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition - Defence at Improbable from March 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating with the Defense executive team on headcount expansion and managing a high-performing recruitment team. Fanning also contributed to data-driven decision-making, workforce planning, and building a high-performance culture. Prior to that, Fanning worked as a Senior Consultant at Oxford Knight Limited from September 2011 to March 2014, supporting the growth of leading startups and software companies. Fanning holds a degree in History and Politics from Durham University.
