Richard Bernstein

Richard Bernstein has extensive experience in managing operational aspects of camps, serving as the Managing Director of XUK Camps since December 1996, where responsibilities include staffing, legal compliance, and marketing. Additionally, Richard held the position of Director of Golf at Finchley Golf Club from March 2014 to March 2016, overseeing the golf committee and participating on the board of directors. Prior experience includes a role as Trainee Manager at Marks and Spencer, focused on staff management and sales improvement.
