Matt Chalberg, CRPC®, has a diverse work experience in various roles. Matt is currently working at Xvoucher as a Client Solutions Manager. Prior to this, Matt worked at Great Waters Financial starting from 2015. At Great Waters Financial, they held multiple roles including Client Service Advisor, Portfolio Administrator, and Paraplanner. As a Portfolio Administrator, Matt managed portfolios of 1,200 client households and over $750 million in assets. Matt was responsible for daily trading, executing client trading and cash requests, directing billing and tolerance quality control, researching alternative investments, and maintaining investment models. In addition, they analyzed portfolios and created personalized financial projections for prospects and clients. Matt also played a key role in training new team members and creating the procedural handbook for the Portfolio Administrator position. As a Paraplanner, they supported financial advisors in serving clients by creating financial projections, utilizing financial planning software, and reviewing portfolios. Matt also created an all-encompassing and efficient paraplanner guide and trained a new planner. Prior to their work at Great Waters Financial, Matt gained entrepreneurial and management skills as an intern at First Mate Yacht Care. During this time, they started a new company called Petoskey's Finest: Auto Detail, expanding the market from yacht care to include car care. Matt'sresponsibilities included creating a branding and marketing strategy, managing inventory, and training new employees.

Matt Chalberg, CRPC®, completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a dual major in Finance and Financial Management Services as well as Computational and Applied Mathematics from Hillsdale College, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In March 2021, they earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC®) professional designation from the College for Financial Planning.
