Quoc Cuong LE

Research Engineer in Machine Learning & Computer Vision at XXII

Quoc Cuong LE has worked in a variety of roles in the fields of Machine Learning & Computer Vision, Computer Vision, and Non-Destructive Testing. In 2020, they began working as a Research Engineer in Machine Learning & Computer Vision for XXII. From 2016-2020, they were a PhD candidate in Computer Vision at the University of Tours, with a focus on Detection, Tracking Objects on Videos in a Collaborative and Distributed Cameras Network. In 2016, they completed an End-of-Study internship at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives, where they developed interpolation methods of signal simulation of echography in CIVA. In 2015, they completed a Mission Industrielle at Robert BOSCH Automotive Steering Vendôme SAS, where they analyzed the parameters influencing the life span of the mandrin in the rotary hammering process, studied the process of rotary hammering, and evaluated the measurement tolerance of three-dimensional metrology via laser on MATLAB.

Quoc Cuong LE completed a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Science at Université de Tours from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial system from l'INSA Centre Val de Loire from 2013 to 2016, and a Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Control, Robotics and Signal from Polytech Orléans from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from ETS Global B.V. (TOIEC with a score of 975/990 in July 2020), British Council (IELTS with a score of 5.5/9.0 in September 2015), and Coursera (Custom Models, Layers, and Loss Functions with TensorFlow and Custom and Distributed Training with TensorFlow).
