Jon Harald Espolin Johnson

Jon Harald Espolin Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jon Harald Espolin is currently employed at XXL Sport & Villmark as the SVP Training & Development. Prior to that, they held various positions within the same company, including Head of Training & Development - Group Operations and Group Training and Development Director. Before joining XXL Sport & Villmark, Jon worked at Management Synergy AS as the Managing Director and later as a Partner and management consultant. Jon Harald Espolin also served as the Managing Director at Qwattee AG. Jon started their career as a self-employed Management Consultant before working as an HR Manager at the Norwegian Employment Authorities. Jon Harald Espolin began their professional journey in the Norwegian Army as an Officer.

Jon Harald Espolin Johnson attended several educational institutions throughout their life. In 1982 to 1985, they attended The Norwegian Military Academy, and in 1980 to 1981, they attended Officer School Infantry BSIS. In 1998 to 1999, they studied Change Management at Vestfold University College HIVE. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued studies in Economy and Finances at BI Norwegian Business School. Additionally, in 2007, they completed a course in Coaching, and in 2009, they studied Career Counselling at NTNU.
