Nagendran Thangavelu has worked in the IT industry since 2008. (Nag)endran began their career at Firstsource Solutions Limited as a Sr.CSA, before moving to VEL MICRO SYSTEMS PVT LTD in 2012, where they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In 2014, they joined Xyant Technology as a Sr.Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting and staffing qualified IT professionals. In 2016, they moved to Apexon, where they worked as a Sr.Technical Recruiter. (Nag)endran is currently employed at Xyant Technology as a Recruitment/Accounts/Delivery Manager.

Nagendran Thangavelu completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from M.I.E.T. Engineering College.
