Neil Dillon

Neil Dillon is currently the Head of Commercial Operations at XYB, where the focus is on making financial services solutions accessible to banks and non-banking financial institutions. Previously, Neil held the position of Head of Enterprise SaaS and Embedded Finance at Swoop, successfully sourcing and closing several strategic partnerships and expanding the investor network significantly. Other roles include Vice President at LBS Launchpad, Commercial Manager at Betfair, and Business and Technology Consultant at IBM, showcasing a diverse background in commercial operations, funding, and strategic partnerships across various sectors. Neil earned an MBA from London Business School and holds degrees in Business & Law and Law from University College Dublin and Université catholique de Louvain, respectively.
