Dilshani Fernando

Dilshani Fernando has 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field. Dilshani began their career in 2011 as an Executive at Aitken Spence PLC. In 2014, they moved to the Just In Time Group (Sri Lanka) as a Group Manager HR. Dilshani is currently employed at Xyicon as a Manager Human Resources & Talent Acquisition since 2022.

Dilshani Fernando has a diverse educational background. Dilshani attended Good Shepherd Convent from 1994 to 2008, where they completed their Primary to Advanced Level in Commerce. Dilshani also attended Wendy Whatmore Academy from 1996 to 2006, where they completed their Speech and Drama in Elocution/speech and drama. In 2008 to 2010, they attended Aquinas College and obtained a Diploma in English in English Language and Literature, General. In 2009, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from the National Institute of Business Management. From 2012 to 2014, they attended IPM Sri Lanka and obtained a Professional Qualification in HRM in Human Resources Development. From 2016 to 2018, they attended Cardiff Metropolitan University and obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2018, they obtained a Certified HR Analytics Professional from Aon Hewitt Learning Center in Human Resources Management.
