Michelle Thomas is an experienced logistics professional with a proven track record in project management and operations. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Xylan Logistics Ltd. since May 2018, Michelle previously held senior roles at Navcor Transportation Services from July 2010 to March 2018, specializing in logistics coordination for major projects such as the Capstone Minto Mine camp and Conifex Biomass Facility, consistently delivering outcomes on time and within budget. Additional experience includes logistics management for significant projects at VALE, TECK, and Conifex Power LP, as well as business ownership at KISO Organics from 2005 to 2010. Michelle completed education at The University of British Columbia from 2015 to 2017 and graduated from North Surrey Senior Secondary.
