Alessandra Mattioli

Alessandra Mattioli is an experienced procurement and program management professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and product development. Currently serving as the EU Procurement Manager for New Product Development and Cost Reduction at Xylem, Alessandra is responsible for analyzing CAPEX and expenses, contributing to product tollgates, and conducting MAKE or BUY analyses. Additionally, Alessandra co-owns HYBA Ltd while also holding the position of Global Lead Category Manager at Electrolux, focusing on global category development, supplier strategy, and cost savings. Alessandra's previous roles include Senior Program Manager at Baker Hughes, Senior Manager Sales at Tenaris, and various engineering positions at GE Oil & Gas. Alessandra holds an Executive Master in Sustainability and Impact from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
