Luca Campanaro

Luca Campanaro has extensive experience in manufacturing excellence and engineering, currently serving as the Interim Director of Advanced Manufacturing Excellence for Xylem since November 2011, with previous roles including Director of the Manufacturing Excellence Hub for Pumps & Circulators and Manufacturing Engineering Manager for AWS EMEA. Responsibilities include oversight of the Montecchio Plants as well as functional oversight of Polish and Hungarian Plants. Prior to Xylem, Campanaro held positions as Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Manager at ITT Lowara and Plant Manager at ITT Lowara Vogel Polska. Educational qualifications include a Certification in Value-Based Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ITT Corporation and training from ITIS A. Rossi and Scuola Militare Alpina SMALP.
