Pavel Varushin

Pavel Varushin has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as the Sales Director for Xylem Inc. in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan since April 2012. In previous roles at Xylem Rus, including Head of Business Development and Business Development Manager for Dewatering, Pavel was instrumental in expanding the sales of Flygt and Godwin pumps across various industrial segments. Before joining Xylem, Pavel worked at DAKT-Engineering as a Project Manager and Sales Engineer, focusing on sales and project supervision within the mining industry in Russia and the CIS. Pavel holds an Executive MBA from Antwerp Management School and a degree in Mining Engineering from Kuzbass State Technical University.
