Rupesh Kumar Kushwaha

Rupesh Kumar K. is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Xylem since August 2017, Rupesh has led a skilled development team in creating a Real-Time Non-revenue Water System, enhanced security measures for intellectual property rights, and implemented a Single Sign-On solution. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology, where Rupesh designed and developed a data portal for substantial sensor data analysis. As a Senior Application Developer at Info-lab Pte Ltd, Rupesh acted as the technical lead and liaised with clients for requirements gathering. Earlier roles include Software Engineer at Capital Dynamics Group, where Rupesh supervised development projects, and Research Assistant at FITT, IIT Delhi, focusing on telecom projects.
