Stephanie Jones

Stephanie Jones has over 18 years of experience in human resources, primarily within the Xylem organization. Currently serving as the Director of HR Shared Services for the Americas since February 2015, Stephanie has progressed through various roles including Sr. Manager and Sr. HR Generalist. Stephanie's prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Xylem Analytics LLC, HR Shared Services Manager for North America and Latin America at Xylem Inc., and HR Generalist at OI Analytical. Earlier roles included HR Assistant/Specialist at OI Analytical. Stephanie holds a degree from Sam Houston State University.
