Tracy Rarick

Tracy Rarick has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, including program management roles for cardiovascular drug development programs as well as for cell and gene therapy development programs. As a licensed Project Management Professional, she has managed global teams for early and late‑stage development programs in the areas of antimicrobials, bone graft substitutes, venous insufficiency, cardiovascular disease, and gene therapy for rare diseases. Ms. Rarick most recently served as the Head of Program Management at Castle Creek Biosciences, and previously held program and project management positions with Teleflex, Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific, and Imvax.
