Gavin Harris

Gavin Harris is an experienced technical manager with a strong background in database administration and consulting. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at Xynomix since March 2020, Gavin oversees teams of Oracle and SQL Server Consultants and continues to lead the SQL Server team. Previously, Gavin held roles as a SQL Team Leader and Senior DBA at TDX Group, managing a team of DBAs and reporting to senior IT management. With additional experience as a Director at Change Unlimited Inc., and as a consultant for various organizations including CGI and Goldman Sachs, Gavin has developed expertise in both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments. Gavin's educational background includes a DBA in Oracle and Relational Database Theory from SAIT and a BEng in Information Systems Engineering from the University of Surrey.
