Ann Adams

Ann Adams is currently the Sales Operations Manager at XYPRO Technology. Prior to this, they held the position of Sales Operations Advisory at Fiserv from February 2019 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for providing significant contribution and support to major initiatives in areas including demand generation, deal governance and opportunity advancement. Ann also identified and drove continuous improvement efforts in order to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness.

Adams began their career at ACI Worldwide in January 1996, where they spent over 22 years in various roles. Ann started as Director of Operations and Sales Enablement, leading a cross functional team focused on operational excellence and process improvement. Ann also served as the Program Manager for the implementation of several global process improvement initiatives which positively impacted the Sales, Legal, Finance and Sales Operation organizations. In addition to leading a cross functional team, they also directly managed a team responsible for developing and/or partnering with subject matter experts in order to deliver all sales training curriculum, including a global sales onboarding program.

Ann Adams graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
