Kazım Rıfat Özyılmaz

Kazım Rıfat Özyılmaz is a seasoned entrepreneur and software engineer with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. As co-founder of Arf since October 2018, Kazım has been instrumental in developing a global settlement banking platform that revolutionizes cross-border payments through digital asset-based services. Additionally, Kazım co-founded XYZ Teknoloji, a blockchain-focused FinTech/RegTech company specializing in compliant crowdfunding solutions, and established Monolytic as a consultancy for high-quality blockchain software development. Prior roles include serving as a blockchain protocol engineer at Intrepid Ventures and team leader in IPTV at AirTies Wireless Networks. Kazım's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Boğaziçi University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
