Courtland Crouchet

Courtland Crouchet has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Y-12 Federal Credit Union since September 2019. Prior to this role, Courtland held several senior positions at TDECU from December 2011 to February 2019, including Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Officer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing 35 branches and various operational aspects.
