Erika Desmond

Erika has a background in impact measurement and early-stage startups. Prior to Y Analytics, she worked in East Africa in Monitoring and Evaluation, nonprofit consulting, and venture capital, with a focus on agriculture and social and environmental sustainability. Erika holds an MBA in Finance from MIT Sloan and an undergraduate degree in English from Hamilton College.
